SHIPPING

All purchases are fully gift wrapped. we are happy to send purchases to a forwarding address, please let us know if you would like us to add a gift message.

Within the UK, we charge a flat fee of £2.95 for handling and delivery. All items are  sent by Royal Mail First Class. We aim to ship within 3 days, however should there be any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.

We will happily ship within Europe (incl. Eire) via Airmail, an additional £1.50 will be added for postage. For all other countries please contact us so we can give you accurate postage charges.

Free shipping is offered to all orders above £40.00.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns of merchandise in an unused condition within  30 days of your purchase.  You will be offered store credit or a refund less the shipping costs. Items must be returned to us in an unused condition. We recommend sending goods by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Claims for lost parcels cannot be accepted without the presentation of proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please email us at  returns@frogsandsprogs.com and we will see how best to rectify the situation, either through a refund (including shipping) or a replacement.
